Sanford Health is seeking a Central Processing/Inventory Specialist to ensure all patient care and surgical supplies are properly processed, inventoried and maintained across the health system. The role requires adherence to SOPs, infection control guidelines, and timely task completion.

The position supports multiple shifts with rotation including call/holiday/weekend coverage, leveraging EMR and instrument-tracking systems to maintain high quality service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in central processing or healthcare environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Strong phone and computer skills are required.
• CRCST certification strongly preferred within 24 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure patient care and surgical supplies, equipment and instruments are inventoried, inspected, stored, distributed and reprocessed.
• Follow SOPs and infection prevention guidelines; notify leadership of processing errors.
• Complete tasks timely and maintain workflow continuity.
