Qualifications

• Must pass a nationally accredited central service exam for CSP and maintain certification.
• CSP technicians must pass the exam within 18 months from date of hire.
• Must complete 12 hours of continuing education annually.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminates and reprocesses all in-house prepared sterile supplies.
• Issues, tracks, and maintains patient-care equipment.
