Qualifications

• High School grad or equivalent.
• Certification in Sterile Processing needed within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collects soiled supplies and equipment for processing and maintains inventory.
• Decontaminates instruments and equipment and ensures proper sterilization records.
• Operates washer/decontaminator, sterilizers, and related patient equipment.
• Receives and fills supply requests, delivering items to requesting areas.
• Maintains department quality and participates in training and development programs.
