Job summary

Virtua in Voorhees Township is seeking a CSS Tech to support Infection Control by cleaning and disinfecting portable patient care equipment, surgical instruments, and more. You will work full time from Monday to Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, previous sterile processing experience preferred, and be required to obtain CRCST certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Previous sterile processing experience preferred.
• Successful completion of a sterile processing course at an accredited institution.
• CRCST/CBSPD Certification required within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collects, cleans, and disinfects patient care equipment.
• Prepares and assembles surgical instruments for sterilization.
• Monitors results of decontamination and sterilization processes.
