Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• BLS Certification (Healthcare Provider) by AHA is required before orientation.
• CRCST certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team to ensure efficient sterile processing.
• Delegation and communication with clinical managers and staff.
• Knowledge of surgical, endoscopic and robotic instrumentation.
• Oversee sterilization processes, equipment testing, and documentation.
• Ensure safety practices with chemicals and hazardous materials.
• Coordinate instrument needs with surgical schedule and vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation for sterility and equipment.
