Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have leadership and supervision abilities.
• Experience supervising sterile processing teams or similar operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification preferred; BLS as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to Sterile Processing Technicians.
• Coordinate staffing and training with Center Leadership.
• Monitor performance objectives and promote quality care.
• Ensure compliance with sterile processing standards.
• Manage supply costs and budget items as directed.
• Perform hands-on processing when needed and maintain documentation.
