Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities and flow of work for the Sterile Processing and Distribution area.
• Prioritizes multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
• Delegates and assigns work commensurate with knowledge, skill and experience.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, and systems/performance measures.
• Serves as a resource to staff regarding departmental policies and services for decontamination and processing of medical products.
