Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Certification as CRCST or CSPDT is required.
• Certification CHL or CSPM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on time availability of supplies/instrumentation for surgical and clinic procedures.
• Supervise SPD team and perioperative/clinic flow; lead staff meetings and maintain orientation for new hires.
• Maintain morale and productive environment; ensure staff competency and adherence to rules and regulations.
• Ensure efficient and cost effective resource management (staffing, supplies, equipment, instrumentation).
• Demonstrate fiscal and operational accountability and keep up-to-date SPD knowledge.
