Geisinger is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor for the night shift (10:30pm–7:00am). The role requires CRCST from HSPA/CBSPD, four years related experience, one year of supervisory responsibility, and CIS or CER with CHL or eligibility within six months of hire.
The candidate will oversee Central Sterile Supply operations, maintain regulatory compliance, manage inventory, and train staff in decontamination, sterilization, and instrument handling across OR, clinic, and ED settings.

Job Duties Supervises the operations and personnel of Central Sterile Supply. Maintains departmental compliance with regulatory agencies, including Joint Commission and Department of Health. Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of the Medical Center in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient satisfaction. The care of the instrumentation used in the operating room, clinic, emergency department and elsewhere in the institution is the responsibility of the Sterile Processing department.
