Qualifications

• Current Healthcare Leadership Certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the sterile processing areas.
• Plans daily work schedules and assigns tasks; supports coverage.
• Assists in staffing decisions and hiring when needed.
• Ensures processing meets standards and monitors turnaround times and inventory.
• Provides technical guidance and resolves complex problems.
• Develops and trains staff to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
