Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Completion of Central Service Technology Course/Or Equivalent Work Experience (at least one year experience in central sterile processing)
• Work Experience: One (1) Year Work Experience in Central Sterile Processing. Can substitute for Central Service Technology course. (Preferred)
• Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact), Writing/Reports (Legible handwriting and coherent writing)
• Other Skills: Medical Terms (Surgical/ Medical Terminology Knowledge, Critical Thinking, Multi-task in a fast paced environment, Ability to lead projects ,Monitor and interpret results of gauges & Research surgical instruments and supply companies), PC (Basic entry level)
• Work Schedule: Weekends, Holidays, Flexible, On Call
