Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• National Central Service Technician Certification required.
• Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS) required.
• Five plus years of verifiable Central Processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Central Processing personnel and coordinate departmental activities.
• Assess, standardize and monitor sterilization equipment, protocols and practices across the Valley Health System.
• Submit regular reports to the Infection Control Committee.
