Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking a Supervisor of Sterile Processing to coordinate and facilitate shift operations, oversee staff processing and Case Cart, and ensure stringent quality control of surgical instruments.

The role includes leading a team, handling staff development, participating in hiring and performance reviews, and maintaining high visibility within the department. First shift 7am-3:30pm; on-call weekends required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate shift operations and staff assignments in the Sterile Processing department.
• Oversee quality control for surgical instruments and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Lead staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
