Qualifications

• CSPDT, CST, or CRCST certification required
• Previous experience required

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays to ensure sterility and readiness for use
• Manage sterilization equipment and maintain accurate records to support safety and infection prevention
• Prepare customized surgical sets and case carts based on daily schedules and procedure needs
• Manage inventory and supplies in OR storage and specialty lockers, coordinating with the surgical team to keep operations running smoothly
• Respond quickly to instrument requests during surgeries and assist with urgent equipment needs
