Job summary

You will develop training materials, monitor outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance, traveling locally to Sterile Processing locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with IAHCSMM and AORN standards.
• Ability to draft training manuals and compliance reports.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience in decontamination, sterilization, and assembly of surgical instruments/devices.
• Ability to travel locally to UC Irvine Health Sterile Processing locations.
• Ability to develop and perform competency assessments related to cleaning, disinfection and sterilization.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
