Job summary

Travel to local sites may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with IAHCSMM and AORN standards in sterile processing.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive performance improvement.
• Excellent oral and written communication; capable of drafting manuals and reports.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience in decontamination, sterilization, and instrument assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement initiatives related to CDS and sterilization.
• Develop and implement educational curricula for staff training.
• Draft and edit compliance reports and training manuals.
• Collaborate across health system teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
