Unity Hospital in Rochester, NY is seeking a Sterile Processing Tech to join the Materials Management team. You will be responsible for processing and supplying sterile goods and equipment to all hospital areas, including decontamination, cleaning, packing, sterilizing, storing and distribution.

The role requires adherence to credentialing requirements (CRCST or CSPDT) and strong attention to detail, with an evenings/overnight schedule (3pm-11:30pm and 11pm-7:30am) and 40 hours per week.

Formación

• Successful completion of a nationally accredited central service exam.
• Credential required: CRCST or CSPDT/CSPM (IHACSMM).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process and supply sterile goods and equipment to hospital areas.
• Decontaminate, clean, pack, sterilize, store and distribute items.
• Transport supplies and equipment throughout the hospital.
