Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the director and direction to the staff and facilitates workflow in the department.
• Ensures instruments and emergency supplies meet established quotas and are ready for use.
• Cleans, assembles, packages and sterilizes instruments according to CBSPD/AAMI/IAHCSMM standards.
• Monitors safety, participates in continuous quality improvement, and responds to internal/external requests.
• Performs inventories and guides Sterile Processing Technicians and Supply Technicians.
