Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; CS technician certification required.
• 12 credit hours of continual education per year and CER Scope within 1 year.
• Minimum 3 years of supervision experience in a health care/sterile processing setting; surgical tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational duties of CSP technicians across all CSP areas.
• Coordinate staff activities, schedules, and assist in staff performance evaluations.
• Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to standards and hospital policies.
• Supervise staff to maximize productivity and ensure rapid response for patient care.
• Monitor compliance with standards from regulatory bodies and hospital guidelines.
