Job summary

Watson Clinic LLP seeks a Sterile Processing Department (SPD) Director to lead the SPD across Ambulatory Surgery Centers and the Watson Clinic LLC. This role directs operations, ensures IFU-compliant processing, and champions patient safety and quality improvement.

Responsibilities include budgeting, data reporting, staff development, and collaboration with physicians, nursing, anesthesia, and administration to support safe, efficient sterility services.

Qualifications

• Experience directing sterile processing operations and teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (AAAHC, CMS, AAMI).
• Ability to develop budgets, metrics, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all sterile processing operations.
• Develop department goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate SPD staff.
