• Coordinate workflows with OR nurses, surgical techs, and infection prevention to improve turnaround times and quality.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• mentor staff, reinforce evidence-based standards, and support leadership development across the SPD.
