Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sterile processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays to ensure tool readiness.
• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment with detailed records of cycles and safety checks.
• Prepare surgical sets and case carts by reviewing daily schedules and gathering required instruments.
• Manage inventory and organize supplies in OR storage, coordinating with surgical teams to keep surgeries on time.
• Lead and train the Sterile Processing team, modeling safety and high-quality practices.
