Qualifications

• Prior hospital experience in Sterile Processing is required.
• Sterile Processing Course verification.
• Sterile Processing Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SPD shift, coordinating daily operations in line with goals and timelines.
• Mentor staff, provide feedback, and manage scheduling and training needs.
• Oversee decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and storage of reusable instrumentation.
• Monitor instrument tracking software and ensure accurate case carts and inventory.
• Collaborate with Perioperative leadership to support the surgical schedule.
