Rep-Lite is seeking a Traveling Sterile Processing Account Specialist to support SPD coverage across the US. This full-time, daytime role blends clinical expertise with leadership and problem-solving, stepping into on-site settings to improve workflows and keep cases running smoothly.

With 5+ years in Sterile Processing, you’ll partner with SPD and OR leadership, ensure tray readiness, audit workflows, and train teams while identifying inefficiencies before they impact cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sterile Processing, Central Services, OR, or surgical services.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and tray workflows.
• Comfortable working directly in SPD/OR environments.
• CRCST, CBSPD, or CST preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner daily with SPD and OR leadership.
• Ensure tray readiness and case support.
• Audit trays, instrumentation, and workflows.
• Identify and fix inefficiencies before they impact cases.
• Lead hands-on training and in-services.
• Support process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Serve as the hospital’s go-to sterile processing expert.
