Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Sterile Processing support role to aid procedural readiness by moving, stocking, and tracking reusable medical devices and supplies. You will help ensure equipment availability and proper handling, supporting a high-functioning sterile processing operation.

Responsibilities include case picking, inventory replenishment, and maintaining storage locations while applying knowledge of medical terminology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Customer service experience 1-2 years preferred and OR/Sterile processing experience 0-1 year preferred.
• Ability to understand and use medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates movement, distribution, retrieval, and storage of reusable medical devices, instrumentation, equipment, and supplies.
• Supports procedural readiness through case picking, room stocking, inventory replenishment, and equipment availability activities.
• Maintains storage locations, inventory organization, and stock levels per standards.
• Collects and returns unused supplies and equipment to appropriate locations.
• Assists with workload balancing and departmental support activities as required.
• Performs package integrity inspections and ensures proper handling of sterile products.
