Job summary

You will perform decontamination, prep and pack, sterilization, and dispatch with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include maintaining procedures, building knowledge of instrument handling standards, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CRCST certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination, prep and pack, sterilization, and dispatch of surgical instruments.
• Deliver fully functional instruments to the Operating Room in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of sterilization standards, procedures, and storage practices.
• Comply with University Health System departmental policies and procedures.
