Job summary

The role oversees Censitrac administration, data integrity, and coordination with OR staff to ensure accurate instrument counts and timely processing.

You will forecast needs, develop reports on quality metrics, and support pricing quotes for instrument inventory.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of sterile processing concepts and procedures.
• Understanding infection control and aseptic technique principles.
• Ability to operate sterile processing equipment and enter data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Censitrac information system administrator and ensure data integrity.
• Forecast instrument needs for daily surgical schedules with SPD leads.
• Coordinate with OR staff to maintain instrument inventory accuracy in SPM.
• Prepare budgetary quotes for instrument inventory with managers.
• Liaise with vendors and hospital staff to maintain contract compliance.
• Support education for new instrumentation and maintain regulatory standards.
