Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Two years' documented experience in sterile processing or three years of relevant job-related experience for those without specific education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver quality classroom instruction in lecture, clinical, and/or laboratory format.
• Assess student learning using appropriate methods.
• Demonstrate effectiveness with outcomes in retention, success, and attendance.
• Advise students on attendance, grades, and issues to ensure successful completion of course.
• Maintain classroom environment per campus policies and ensure instructor preparedness.
