Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, CRCST certification required.
• Minimum of three years of Sterile Processing Technician experience or as an instructor.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach theory and laboratory skills to students.
• Advise and support student success; use diverse instructional methods.
• Maintain and submit accurate student records.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and maintain organized classroom and lab after each session.
• Conduct sessions in classroom and laboratory settings for 2–4 hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
