Qualifications

• Active, non-suspended CRCST certification is required.
• Minimum total of three years of experience in Sterile Processing Technician or as an instructor.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships with students.

Responsibilities

• Teach and advise students.
• Improve student outcomes using diverse instructional methods and technology.
• Maintain and submit accurate student records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain organized classroom and lab after each session.
• Teach in both classroom and lab settings for 2–4 hour sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
