Job summary

Tower Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for a full-time day shift in Phoenixville. You will clean and prepare hospital nursing units' equipment, instrumentation, and supplies, ensuring they meet policy, regulatory, and quality standards.

Reporting to the Manager of Sterile Processing, you will participate in maintaining patient care equipment in a sanitary, orderly condition, support inventory and clerical tasks, and collaborate with teams to ensure reliable instrument processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 3 years of related experience.
• IAHCSMM or CBSPD certification required within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill ancillary functions such as cleaning hospital nursing units' equipment, instrumentation, and supplies per policy and standards.
• Maintain patient care equipment, instrumentation, and supplies in a sanitary, orderly condition.
