Job summary

Tower Health is seeking a part-time Sterile Processing staff member at Phoenixville Hospital to support cleaning and maintaining nursing equipment, instrumentation, and supplies per policy. This role reports to the Manager of Sterile Processing and emphasizes clean, sanitary, and well-organized patient care equipment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, relevant experience, and certification within 18 months of hire.

• IAHCSMM Cert or CBSPD Cert required within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills ancillary functions such as cleaning hospital nursing units' equipment, instrumentation, and supplies following departmental, regulatory, procedural, and policy standards.
• Maintains patient care equipment, instrumentation, and supplies in a sanitary and orderly condition.
