Tower Health is seeking a part-time Sterile Processing staff member at Phoenixville Hospital to support cleaning and maintaining nursing equipment, instrumentation, and supplies per policy. This role reports to the Manager of Sterile Processing and emphasizes clean, sanitary, and well-organized patient care equipment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, relevant experience, and certification within 18 months of hire.

Job Summary

Work Schedule; Part Time Position, hours are Every other Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am-4:30pm with (1) Summer and (1) Winter Holiday

Reportingto the Manager of Sterile Processing Dept, will be responsible to fulfill various ancillary functions such as cleaning hospital nursing units' equipment, instrumentation, and supplies following departmental, regulatory, procedural, and standards per policy. Performs a variety of duties to maintain patient care equipment, instrumentation, and supplies in a sanitary and orderly condition.
