Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; CST certification required.
• 1–2 years instrument experience.
• 1–2 years surgical instrumentation experience.
• CRCST and CIS credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and manage education programs for Sterile Processing teams.
• Coordinate training and assess competencies across Baptist Health System.
• Report to the Vice President of Patient Care Services and collaborate with Sterile Processing leadership.
• Ensure all education initiatives align with AAMI standards and serve as a central resource.
