Responsibilities

• Develop educational programs for Sterile Processing Department staff.
• Provide orientation and training for new personnel.
• Ensure competency of all staff in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Skills

Good working knowledge of instruments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
