Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Educator to support our downtown Jacksonville Sterile Processing Team. This full-time role focuses on designing and coordinating education programs, competency assessments, and training aligned with AAMI standards.

Ideal candidates have CRCST certification, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years of instrument and surgical instrumentation experience, enabling them to serve as a resource for education across Baptist Health System.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years instrument experience.
• 1–2 years surgical instrumentation experience.
• CRCST certification preferred (HSPA)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sterile Processing leadership
• Design, plan, and manage education programs, competency assessments, training coordination for Sterile Processing departments across Baptist Health System
• Ensure all initiatives align with AAMI standards
• Act as a resource for educational efforts related to sterile processing
