Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; 3 years of hospital Sterile Processing/Operating work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field accepted with 2 years of Sterile Processing/Operating Room experience.
• Required CRST through HSPA or CBSPD certification. Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Instrument Tracking System.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct education programs to enable staff to acquire knowledge, rationale, certification and skills.
• Update Instrument Tracking System Data and ensure scanning protocols are followed.
