Qualifications
4+ years of progressive experience in a hospital sterile processing environment.
Previous CSP Departmental Supervisor or Sterile Processing Educator experience preferred.
Certified Registered Central Service Technician or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and direct sterile processing education programs.
Provide training and educational support to staff.
Conduct quality assurance audits of sterile processing functions.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain good relationships with coworkers.
