Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in a hospital sterile processing environment.
• Previous CSP Departmental Supervisor or Sterile Processing Educator experience preferred.
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct sterile processing education programs.
• Provide training and educational support to staff.
• Conduct quality assurance audits of sterile processing functions.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain good relationships with coworkers.
