Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Engineering or Life Sciences degree with pharma/biotech experience.
• 8–10 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry; supervisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for sterile injectable manufacturing processes, including vial, syringe, and cartridge filling.
• Oversee equipment and process support for aseptic filling lines, isolators/RABS, lyophilizers, visual inspection, labeling and packaging.
• Support process design, technology transfer, scale-up, and new product introductions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Vendors and Manufacturing during commissioning and start-up.
• Lead technical investigations and CAPA implementation for process performance improvements.
• Work with DP global engineering projects planning and execution.
