Job summary

Tailor Made Compounding is seeking a Lab Aide to support lab technicians under supervision of the Lab Manager and Pharmacists. The role requires adherence to HIPAA guidelines, State and Federal laws, and company policies.

The position reports to the Lab Manager and involves restocking labs, assisting with sterilization processes, batch kit preparation, and daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks within the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Capable of working with small delicate analytical equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Restock compounding labs daily and assist lab team when supplies run low throughout the day.
• Support preparation and processing of supplies for steam sterilization and glassware for depyrogenation.
• Prepare and organize sterile batch kits for the sterile lab team and assist with solution preparation as needed.
• Support lab team with various daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks assigned and documented through the Quality Management System.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in education and training provided by the company.
• Other duties as assigned.
