Job summary

Envita Medical Centers LLC in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our patient-focused team. You will prepare and compound sterile IV and oncology products, maintain the cleanroom per USP standards, and ensure accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has an active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License, PTCB (CPhT) certification, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License.
• PTCB (CPhT) certification required.
• Ability to work closely with others in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with little supervision.
• Experience with IV products and chemotherapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound sterile IV and oncology products according to established procedures.
• Maintain the pharmacy cleanroom per USP 797 and 800 requirements.
• Complete labels, log sheets, reports, and other required documentation accurately and timely.
• Assist with inventory management, organization, and proper storage of medications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant compounding environment.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy and clinical teams to support safe, high-quality patient care.
