Qualifications

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License and PTCB (CPhT) certification are required.

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of IV products and compounding procedures.
• Experience compounding chemotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound sterile IV and oncology products according to established procedures.
• Maintain the cleanroom in accordance with USP <797> and <800> requirements.
• Complete labels, log sheets, reports, and other required documentation accurately and timely.
• Assist with inventory management, organization, and proper storage of medications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant compounding environment.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy and clinical teams to support safe, high-quality patient care.
