Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support daily pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety standards, and internal quality systems in a sterile environment with strict documentation practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing (injectables preferred).
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and sterile manufacturing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and safety compliance.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE as required.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment (e.g., vial filling, sterilization, mixing, labeling) as per SOPs.
• Assist in the formulation, filling, and inspection of injectable drug products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with GMP and OSHA requirements.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and manufacturing rooms.
• Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and other production documentation.
• Participate in line clearance and changeover activities.
• Communicate promptly any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns.
• Support process improvements and follow instructions from the Production Supervisor.
• Work in coordination with the Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance departments.
