TALENT Software Services seeks a Formulation Scientist to support sterile formulation science at the Rahway site in New Jersey. You will contribute to formulation compositions, process development, and laboratory execution, collaborating across scientific and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with 2–3 years or master’s with 1–2 years of experience.
• Hands-on lab skills in formulation and sterile product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute formulation and process-development experiments for sterile products.
• Prepare buffers and execute development batches using aseptic techniques.
• Support solution or lyophilized formulations and dosage-form preparation.
• Conduct formulation characterization studies, including pH, osmolality, viscosity, DLS, and HPLC.
• Maintain accurate lab records and ensure safety and GMP/GLP alignment.
• Draft, review, and execute protocols for laboratory batches and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet project timelines.
