Fagron in Wichita, KS is seeking a Cleanroom Fill Technician to assemble sterile products while maintaining patient safety and strict quality. You will keep the cleanroom in a constant state of cleanliness and ensure supplies are properly stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year in healthcare, manufacturing, or a regulated setting preferred.
• Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and cGMP requirements preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on quality, sterility and aseptic technique.
• Ability to follow procedures, prioritize tasks, manage time and adapt to changes.
• Ability to work independently and with others while maintaining professional relationships.
• Must complete required cleanroom, gowning and aseptic technique qualification and maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a sterile cleanroom environment by garbing, cleaning, and following CGMP-aligned procedures.
• Cleans equipment daily and ensures validations are up to date.
• Oversees tech-check-tech processes for co-workers, including assembly, measurements, garbing, sterile techniques, and documentation.
• Takes inventory into the cleanroom to identify components for production batches.
• Ensures all components entering the cleanroom are sterile.
• Documents batch records, air quality logs, and cleaning logs.
• Prepares and sterilizes components/vials; sterilizes solutions and fills into containers.
• Validates garbing standards on a semi-annual basis.
• Completes media fills to pass validation every 6 months.
• Packages sterile products following standard SOPs; assigns tasks and manages workflow.
