Job summary

The Fagron team in Wichita, KS is seeking a Cleanroom Fill Technician to assemble finished sterile products with patient safety in mind and to maintain a pristine cleanroom.

Responsibilities include sterile garbing, daily equipment cleaning, keeping validations up to date, and meticulous documentation of batch records and logs, while supporting production schedules and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–4 years experience in hospital manufacturing or aseptic filling.
• Knowledge of cleanroom procedures preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of CGMP regulations preferred but not required.
• Must pass validation three consecutive times before handling product in clean room; re-qualified every 6 months.
• Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, sterility, and aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a sterile environment in the cleanroom, garbing, cleaning, and following CGMP-aligned procedures.
• Clean equipment daily and ensure validations are up to date.
• Oversee co-worker techniques through the 'tech check tech' process.
• Take inventory into the cleanroom to identify components for production batches.
• Ensure all components entering the clean room are sterile.
• Document batch records, air measurements, lumacs, and cleaning logs.
• Prepare and sterilize components/vials for solutions; fill into containers.
• Validate garbing standards on a semi-annual basis.
• Complete 3 consecutive media fills with a set minimum of syringes and vials as required.
• Follow SOPs to package sterile products in their final container closure.
• Designate people and hoods for different tasks.
• Use appropriate processes to establish sterility on pass-through products.
• Clock in and out for every scheduled shift.
