Job summary

Fagron US is seeking a Cleanroom Fill Technician to assemble finished sterile products while maintaining strict sterility and patient safety. The role centers on keeping the cleanroom in top condition, ensuring proper stacking of supplies, and thorough documentation.

You will follow CGMP practices, clean equipment daily, oversee co-workers’ techniques, and record batch data and logs. A detail-oriented, collaborative professional will thrive in this regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with focus on sterility and quality.
• Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and cGMP guidelines.
• Ability to follow established procedures and document activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a sterile environment in the cleanroom through garbing, cleaning, and procedures.
• Clean equipment daily and ensure validations are up to date.
• Oversee techniques of co-workers, including product assembly and aseptic technique.
• Take inventory into the cleanroom to identify components for production batches.
• Ensure all components entering the cleanroom are sterile and properly documented.
• Document batch records, measurements of air (Climents) and logs of cleaning.
• Prepare and sterilize components and fill into specified containers.
• Validate garbing standards on a semi-annual basis.
• Execute media fills and pass validation under challenging conditions every 6 months.
• Package sterile products according to SOPs and designate task assignments.
