Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a 1st Shift Fill Operator to support sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing in a GMP-regulated cleanroom. You will prepare, compound, and fill products, maintain batch records, and follow SOPs to ensure quality and patient safety.

This role requires experience in GMP environments, batch mixing, and documentation, with ability to operate HMIs and PPE, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Must have GMP manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with batch mixing, compounding, or following recipes and batch records.
• Strong documentation skills for GMP and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Clean production equipment and manufacturing areas daily to maintain sterile environments.
• Complete GMP batch records and documentation accurately.
• Perform batch compounding and mixing of sterile products per procedures.
• Operate HMIs and computerized equipment to support production.
• Assemble production components (filters, clamps, gaskets) for lines.
• Conduct filter integrity testing and flushing per SOPs.
• Follow SOPs for material handling, setup, cleaning, and production processes.
• Work in sterile cleanroom and isolator environments with required PPE.
• Use computer systems to access SOPs and document management systems.
• Meet output targets while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Inspect products for defects and assist with packaging and labeling.
