Job summary
INCOG BioPharma Services in Fishers, IN is seeking an Equipment Specialist with SME capabilities in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing process controls and industrial automation. You will set up and operate production equipment, participate in continuous improvements, and ensure quality and output.
The role demands hands-on leadership, strong troubleshooting, and ability to support process engineers. Weekend 12-hour shifts Friday–Sunday, 6am–6pm, with additional hours as needed; requires BS in
Qualifications
- 7 years GMP pharmaceutical experience with installation, operation, cleaning, and maintenance of GMP equipment.
- BS in Biological Sciences or related field supported by industry experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing of biotech products and aseptic processing.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to regulatory environments.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production equipment with safe practices.
- Lead batch start-up activities and execution of production cycles.
- Document data and complete batch records accurately.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing activities and troubleshooting.
- Mentor and lead manufacturing personnel to drive problem solving.
- Support process FMEAs and implementation of GEP for operational excellence.
- Work weekend 12-hour shifts and ensure facility coverage.
