Job summary

INCOG BioPharma Services is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support GMP parenteral manufacturing, aseptic filling, and process development within our Fishers, IN facility. You will troubleshoot, implement improvements, and act as a subject-matter expert for filling equipment and related systems.

The role requires a engineering or life sciences background with extensive hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead improvements while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or life sciences with 5+ years of relevant work experience, or 10+ years.
• Ability to become SME for aseptic filling, inspection and packaging equipment.
• Practical expertise with cGMP manufacturing and regulatory requirements for pharmaceuticals and devices.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day operational issues with timely responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Serve as SME for filling equipment and supporting systems.
• Evaluate and improve efficiency of manufacturing instruments and tools.
• Evaluate and implement new changes.
• Participate and/or support process FMEAs for risk understanding prior to validation.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing activities.
• Apply Good Engineering Practices to drive site engineering excellence.
• Partner with vendors to define requirements and specs.
• Work flexible hours to ensure production coverage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences

5+ years of relevant work experience
